Portable Projectors

The County of Riverside, Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) solicited quotations for portable projectors, with a requirement for delivery by May 31, 2014. The contract was awarded to Williams Audio Services, who was determined to be the overall lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The projectors were required to be equal to or better than the Hitachi CP-DX300 DLP Portable Projector, as described in Exhibit A of the RFQ. The contract also included the provision of carrying cases for the projectors. • The contract required the delivery of 190 portable projectors and 190 carrying cases. • The projectors were required to be delivered by May 31, 2014. • The contract allowed for the County to split or make the award in any manner determined to be most advantageous to the County. • The contract included a provision for the payment of sales tax and shipping and handling costs.
