OVERHEAD DOORS REPLACEMENT, REPAIR, AND MAINTENANCE

The City of Allentown is seeking a contractor to provide overhead door replacement, repair, and maintenance services for various city-owned facilities. The contract will be awarded to the lowest most responsible bidder. The city requires the contractor to obtain a valid business license and provide the required insurance. The scope of work includes on-call, on-site services for overhead door replacement, repair, inspection, and maintenance. • The contract was awarded to ABE Doors Inc. • The city will not execute a contract with a vendor that has not obtained a valid business license or has failed to provide the required insurance. • The contractor must contact the Bureau of Revenue and Audit to obtain a valid business license. • The contractor must also contact the Risk and Safety Manager to discuss insurance requirements.
