Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

This contract is for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for Texas State Technical College (TSTC) employees and their household family members. The program will provide confidential assistance and will be awarded for a two-year period with an option to renew for three additional one-year periods. The contract is expected to exceed $100,000 and will require a HUB Subcontracting Plan. The scope of work includes providing EAP services, including counseling, referrals, and other support services. • The contract will be awarded to a single vendor. • The vendor will be required to provide a detailed proposal outlining their qualifications, experience, and approach to providing EAP services. • The contract will include a HUB Subcontracting Plan, which will require the vendor to make a good faith effort to achieve the State of Texas HUB goals. • The contract will be for a two-year period with an option to renew for three additional one-year periods. • The vendor will be required to provide monthly and annual utilization reports. • The contract will include a provision for prompt payment discounts.
