GSU Student Laundry Services

This contract is for the provision of GSU Student Laundry Services to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia State University. The contract was awarded to CSC Serviceworks Inc. The contract term is from the date of award until the end of the State’s current fiscal year, with four one-year options to renew. The contract requires the provision of laundry management services, including the control of access and use of machines, automatic monitoring and reporting functionality, and the ability for users and the University to report problems. The contract also requires the contractor to provide samples, photos, and/or other examples of signage, placards, or notifications used at other similar institutional installations. • The contract has an estimated value of $47,064.00. • The contract requires the contractor to provide a list of directly employed service personnel located within 50 miles of the University. • The contract requires the contractor to provide references from responsible leadership at two similar institutions. • The contract has a mandatory requirement for the contractor to provide an app-based governing solution for the control of access and use of machines. • The contract has a mandatory requirement for the contractor to provide automatic monitoring and reporting functionality. • The contract has a mandatory requirement for the contractor to provide the ability for users and the University to report problems.
