ANNUAL JANITORIAL SERVICES FY19/20

The Town of Prescott Valley is seeking bids for annual janitorial services for the Civic Center, Police Building, Library, and Boys & Girls Club. The services include cleaning offices, conference rooms, hallways, and entryways, as well as vacuuming, spot cleaning, and shampooing carpets. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and supervision to perform the services. The contract is estimated to be worth around $147,600. • The bid invitation includes a non-mandatory pre-bid conference and tour of the sites. • The bid documents can be obtained from the Prescott Valley website or the Public Works Department. • The bid submission deadline is May 13, 2019, at 3:30 p.m. MST. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond for 10% of the bid amount. • The Town of Prescott Valley reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bid proposals.
