Food and Nutrition Services Drop Ship Items

The Puyallup School District is accepting bids for drop ship items for Food and Nutrition Services. The contract period is from August 1, 2024, to July 31, 2025. The estimated bid value is $700,000.00. Vendors are required to provide brand names, pack size, and servings per case for each item bid. The district will accept truckload pricing on certain items and vendors must specify minimum order and lead time if applicable. Some of the key items included in the bid are apple crisps, applesauce, granola bars, beans, beef, and turkey products. The district requires that all delivery drivers wear a vendor ID badge at all times and that deliveries be made between 5:30 AM and 9:00 AM. The bid also includes a list of documents that must be accepted by the vendor, including the bid certification, general instructions and information to bidders, and terms and conditions. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
