Description
The Hernando County School Board is seeking qualified firms to provide roofing inspection and consulting services for miscellaneous projects on an ongoing basis. The selected firms will execute an AIA Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Consultant (AIA C103-2015) for continuing services. The projects assigned under this agreement will be limited to those with an estimated construction cost not exceeding $4 million and consulting services with a fee not exceeding $500,000. The key aspects of this contract include:
• Roofing inspection and consulting services for miscellaneous projects
• Ongoing basis with an AIA Standard Form of Agreement
• Limited to projects with estimated construction cost not exceeding $4 million and consulting services with a fee not exceeding $500,000
