Generator Maintenance

The City of Olathe is seeking a qualified contractor to provide maintenance, inspections, service, oil/filter changes, and general labor rates for repairs on generators at various locations and departments throughout the city. The contract includes a list of generators and locations, and the contractor will be responsible for performing annual inspections and services, as well as oil/filter changes. The contract also includes labor rates for regular time, overtime, and weekends/holidays. The vendors which this contract was awarded to are Absolute Comfort Technologies, Inc., Cummins Central Power, LLC, Central Power Systems & Services, Inc., and Clifford Power Systems. • The contract includes a total of 31 line items, including annual inspections and services, oil/filter changes, and labor rates. • The contract has a total value of approximately $23,419.41, based on the awarded vendor prices. • The contract includes a list of generators and locations, which may be added to or deleted from the contract as equipment is added or replaced. • The contractor will be responsible for performing work at various locations throughout the city, including water treatment plants, lift stations, and other facilities.
