ONLINE BACKGROUND SKIP TRACING SERVICES

The County of Riverside is seeking proposals from vendors qualified in providing online background skip tracing services. The services will be used by the Department of Public Social Services (DPSS) to identify and locate aid recipients who may have committed fraud, locate absent parents, and conduct address searches. The contract was awarded to LexisNexis Risk Solutions FL Inc. based on their proposal. • The services provided will allow DPSS to identify and locate aid recipients who may have committed fraud • The services will be used to locate absent parents via time-sensitive, court-mandated processes • The services will provide address searches that return residents with Social Security Numbers (SSN) and phone numbers • The services will provide the ability to do last four numbers of SSN searches to return full SSN with all associated names • The services will provide real-time turnaround on searches without delay
