Northern Landfill Cell 3 Stormwater Diversion Berm Removal

The contract is for the removal of the existing Cell 3 stormwater diversion berm and associated stormwater conveyance piping, restoration of landfill liner, geosynthetics, and landfill protective cover aggregate, and removal of two associated stormwater conveyance culverts. The project also includes restoration of protective cover aggregate, cover soils, and vegetation where pipes were removed, and removal of silt-impacted protective cover aggregate within Cell 3 and replacement with clean aggregate to design specifications.
