Project DTO Project Management Services

The City of Orlando has awarded a contract to Ingenuity Consultants, LLC for project management services related to the Downtown Orlando project (DTO 2.0). The contract is for a period of two years, with an option to renew for two additional one-year periods. The contractor will provide services including project development, project design, contractor selection, project management, and construction management.
