Description
The Georgia Technology Authority is soliciting statements of qualifications from suppliers interested in providing Information Technology Project Assurance Services, phase 4. The services include Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V), Portfolio, Program, Planning and Project Management Support (PM Services), and Organizational Change Management (OCM). The contract term is two (2) years from the date of award, with three (3) one-year options to renew. The solicitation includes requirements for insurance, contract exceptions, and sales and use tax compliance.
• The contract requires suppliers to provide a working team that is 100% located onshore within the legal jurisdiction of the Continental United States.
• The contract requires suppliers to provide secure engagement file storage and transfer capabilities for all engagement documents.
• The contract includes a Master Service Agreement that suppliers must agree to.
• The contract requires suppliers to provide a brief executive summary of their organization, including capabilities, noteworthy projects, core values, and qualifications.
• The contract includes a requirement for suppliers to upload a completed Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) scored worksheet, a Project Management Support (PM) scored worksheet, and an Organizational Change Management (OCM) scored worksheet.
