Description
The City of Tucson, AZ has entered into a contract with EnergyCAP, Inc. for the provision of EnergyCAP Enterprise software and related services. The contract is for a term of 6 years, with the option to renew for an additional 4 years. The software will be used to track energy and water use by building and meter, and to provide audit capabilities and benchmarking and comparison charts. The contract includes a one-time implementation fee and annual maintenance fees. The City of Tucson, AZ will have access to a public dashboard to view data and benchmarks.
