Construction Project Management Services - NTMS synthetic turf field and track

The Dieringer School District #343 invited qualified firms to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) to provide Construction Project Management Services for the design and construction of a synthetic turf field and track at North Tapps Middle School. The selected firm, ESD112, will represent the district's best interest throughout all phases of the project. Key aspects of the project include: • Oversight and quality control over the planning, design, and construction of the project • Representation of the district's best interest throughout all phases of the project • Management of the project's scheduling, budget control, and communication strategies The contract was awarded based on the response that best met the evaluation criteria identified in the RFQ.
