Disaster Debris Monitoring Services

The Town of Miami Lakes is seeking the services of a debris-monitoring contractor to support the oversight, management, and technical assistance for the monitoring of debris removal and recovery contractors in accordance with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) guidelines, policies, and procedures. The contractor will provide field monitors at designated locations to ensure that only eligible debris is being removed and to check and verify information on debris removal and at temporary debris storage and reduction sites (TDSR) designated by the Town. Key aspects of the contract include: * Monitoring of debris removal and recovery contractors * Provision of field monitors at designated locations * Verification of information on debris removal and at TDSR sites * Compliance with FEMA guidelines, policies, and procedures * Support for the oversight, management, and technical assistance for debris removal and recovery efforts
