Year Two, Older Americans Act Title III Area Plan Contract 2023

This contract is for the provision of Social Support Services and National Family Caregiver Support Program Services to the elderly of Ocean County. The contract is valued at $65,000 and will run from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023. The services will be provided by Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus. The contract was awarded through a competitive contracting process. • The contract is contingent upon the availability of funds. • The County reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time during the contract term if funds are not appropriated. • The contract number CC2023-30 must be placed on all papers, documents, invoices, and vouchers pertaining to the agreement.
