Description
Montana State University is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive maintenance and property management services for the four new College of Nursing buildings located in Great Falls, Billings, Kalispell, and Missoula, Montana. The services include grounds maintenance, custodial services, technical building services, security, and elevator maintenance. The vendor will be responsible for providing consistent service levels, responsiveness to maintenance requests, documented preventive maintenance, and commitment to enhancing the academic and public experience. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the option to renew for up to six years. The vendor will be required to comply with Montana's prevailing wage requirements and provide regular reports on maintenance activities and property conditions.
