Project/Program Management ITQ (Please Contact Procurement Before Using)

This contract is for professional services related to project and program management for the City of Pittsburgh. The scope of work includes assisting with invoice processing, funding authorization, consultant coordination, meeting attendance, project tracking, and technical reviews. The contract has a term of two years with the option to extend for two successive periods of one year each. The total compensation payable by the City to the consultant cannot exceed $2,500,000 annually. The contract also includes provisions for termination, data ownership, and indemnity.
