Certify - Data Certification software

The contract is for the provision of Certify, a P-12 Data Certification software, by Certica Solutions, Inc. The District will recognize Certica Solutions, Inc.'s claim to be a Sole Source Provider for Certify for 1 year, after which they will again verify this claim and post another RFI for those who may wish to challenge. The contract was awarded as a result of no contests being submitted during the RFI.
