2024 Envelopes

The City of Allentown issued a quote for envelopes, and The Envelope Printery, Inc. was awarded the contract at a total quoted price of $11,818.79. The contract is effective upon receipt of a Purchase Order and shall end one year later. The City of Allentown will issue Purchase Orders and/or Blanket Orders for items on an as-needed basis. • The contract is for the procurement of recycled commercial envelopes. • The vendor is required to submit samples for each type of envelope they propose to offer. • Overruns/underruns shall not be permitted. • The City of Allentown will provide samples of all items to the awarded vendor. • The contract has a duration of one year. • The vendor should not order any materials or equipment, begin work, or make any other financial commitments concerning this equipment until they are in possession of a Purchase Order.
