Pre-development permitting services for multi-year Seismic Program

This contract awards ASRC Energy Services the responsibility for pre‑development permitting and related consulting services supporting a phased, multi‑year 3‑D seismic acquisition program in the Section 1002 area of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. The scope encompasses cultural‑resource assessments, stakeholder outreach, preparation and submission of multiple permits (USFWS, NMMPA, NEPA, BLM, BIA, etc.), wildlife protection planning, community liaison, and comprehensive reporting. The work is organized under a one‑year base period with the possibility of three additional one‑year extensions, and the contract value is expected to start at $1 million or greater. • Provide full‑service permitting, regulatory compliance, and environmental mitigation for a large‑scale seismic program. • Coordinate with tribal governments, local communities, and federal agencies throughout the permitting process. • Deliver project‑management deliverables, including a Plan of Operations, permit packages, and monthly progress reports under the supervision of a registered Alaskan engineer.
