Duke Davis Water Feature Renovation Project (RE-BID)

The City of Roseville is awarding a contract for the Duke Davis Water Feature Renovation Project (Re-Bid). The project includes removing and replacing the existing sand play area with concrete, filling in the existing water play waterfall and channel with concrete, removing and replacing the existing raised concrete panel, and modifying the existing drainage. An additive alternate bid includes tying into the existing potable water line, adding a backflow preventer, gate valve, remote control valve, and wiring, and running a potable line to provide water for a new misting system. The contract is being awarded to Sitewise Construction, Inc. The project is expected to be completed pending City Council approval.
