Just Appraised SAAS Services

This contract provides Fauquier County with a cloud‑based “Valuation” SaaS application that pulls appraisal data from the County’s CAMA system, offers a taxpayer self‑service portal, and supplies internal workflow tools for staff. Just Appraised will implement the solution, integrate it with the County’s on‑premise environment, and provide training and post‑launch support. The agreement runs for three initial one‑year terms beginning July 1 2025, with an automatic annual renewal thereafter unless the County provides 60‑day notice.
