SPECIALTY PAPER AND OTHER PRODUCTS

The County of Riverside is seeking to establish a contract for the purchase of specialty paper and other products. The contract is for a 6-month period, with the option to extend for up to 5 years. The vendor will be required to meet specifications listed in the RFQ, and all pricing shall be quoted F.O.B destination. The County reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive any discrepancy or technicality. • The contract includes a variety of paper products, including NCR reverse sequence, NCR straight sequence, royal fiber, and hammermill laserprint. • The vendor must provide wholesale pricing and next-day shipment on orders requested without charging additional shipping costs. • The County has a local preference program, which gives a 5% price preference to bidders located within the County of Riverside. • The award was based on the total bid price, and the County has elected to award all or none and not split the award between vendors.
