Description
The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for Fortinet maintenance renewal, which includes product support coverage, hardware return to factory, firmware and general updates, web/online enhanced support, virus definitions update, next generation firewall, web filtering, and anti-spam. The contract was cancelled due to lack of competition, and a new bid (ASARC-104A) will be issued. Key features of the contract include:
• Fortinet maintenance renewal for various Fortinet products (FortiGate 100D, FortiGate 800C, FortiGate 60D, FortiAnalyzer 1000c, FortiManager 400C)
• Product support coverage, including hardware return to factory, firmware and general updates, web/online enhanced support, virus definitions update, next generation firewall, web filtering, and anti-spam
• Coverage date: June 25, 2015, to June 24, 2016
• The County of Riverside is seeking a vendor to provide these services, and the contract will be awarded to the vendor that best meets the County's needs.
