Vehicle Wash and Related Services

The County of Orange, Office of the District Attorney - Public Administrator, has awarded a contract to Orange Car Wash, Inc. for vehicle wash and related services. The contract is for a period of one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year terms. The contractor will provide traditional vehicle washes and related services on an as-needed basis. The contract includes a scope of work, pricing and payment information, and requirements for the contractor's facility and services. The contractor must guarantee that damage will not occur to any vehicle as a result of the service being provided. • The contract includes a firm-fixed fee pricing structure. • The contractor must provide a system for recording each vehicle cleaned and attach it to the monthly statement. • The contract number must be referenced on all contractor invoices. • The contractor must guarantee that damage will not occur to any vehicle as a result of the service being provided. • The established contract shall be used for County-owned vehicles only.
