Cadet Uniforms

The Citadel’s Procurement Services awarded a multi‑year contract to Hanover Uniform Company for the design, manufacture, and delivery of cadet uniform items (duty shirts, summer shirts, coats, dress blouses, trousers, etc.) to be used by the Corps of Cadets. The contract runs for up to seven years, with an initial effective date of 20 Sept 2023 and a ceiling value of $12 M. Key points include: • Single‑vendor award for full‑spectrum uniform supply; • Unit‑price based evaluation with required sample submissions and on‑site tailoring support; • No set‑aside requirements and open‑competition procurement process.
