Description
The Nebo School District is seeking a general contractor to provide addition and remodel services for two athletic fieldhouses located at Maple Mountain High School and Salem Hills High School in Utah. The project includes alterations to the existing fieldhouse at Maple Mountain High School, as well as the construction of a new athletic facility at Salem Hills High School. The estimated cost of the project is around $12 million. The general contractor will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and performing the general construction work, including site work, utilities, and landscaping. The contractor will also be required to provide payment and performance bonds, as well as insurance coverage for the project.
