The contract is for the provision of network switches, parts, installation, and programming services for Charlotte County Public Schools. The successful vendor must be an HP Enterprise Approved partner and possess a SPIN from USAC. The contract is expected to be completed by May 31, 2016. Key aspects of the contract include: • The vendor must provide all labor, materials, and services necessary to provide network switch parts, installation, and programming at over 22 sites. • The vendor must be a HP certified network engineer. • The contract is subject to E-Rate reimbursement from USAC/FCC. • The vendor must complete all services by May 31, 2016.
