Campus Utility Master Plan

The California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo is seeking a consultant to develop a Utility Master Plan to support the planned campus growth. The selected consultant will perform an evaluation of all existing utility infrastructure and provide recommendations for additions, modifications, or replacements. The plan should be developed in accordance with all applicable codes, standards, and industry best practices, and should be based on life cycle cost and net GHG emissions. The anticipated timeframe for the project is from November 2017 to August 2018. • The consultant will evaluate all existing utility infrastructure to assess condition, safety, code compliance, capacity, reliability, and backup/redundancy. • The consultant will provide recommendations for additions, modifications, or replacements to the utility infrastructure. • The plan should be developed in accordance with all applicable codes, standards, and industry best practices. • The plan should be based on life cycle cost and net GHG emissions. • The anticipated timeframe for the project is from November 2017 to August 2018.
