Fire Alarm Monitoring, District-Wide

The contract is for fire alarm monitoring services for the School Board of Charlotte County, Florida. The vendor is required to monitor all fire alarm systems throughout the district and notify personnel on the call list, dispatch as required per specifications, terms and conditions. The contract period is from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025. The vendor must be able to monitor five existing fire alarm systems: Notifier, EST, Gamewell, Siemens, and Silent Knight. • The contract requires the vendor to provide a Certificate of Insurance stating the School Board of Charlotte County, Florida as certificate holder. • The vendor must wear a uniform statewide photo identification badge on school grounds. • The contract has a fixed term of one year. • The vendor must comply with the requirements set forth in Florida Statute, Section 1012.467(8)(a).
