UGA - Catering Services

The University of Georgia is seeking caterers for the award of multiple agency contracts. The contract requires the provision of catering services, including meals and concessions. The University of Georgia reserves the right to select one or more suppliers for award and to award all items to one or more supplier, individual line items to one or more supplier, or subcategories of products/services to one or more suppliers when to do so is in the best interests of the State of Georgia. • The contract is valued at over $100,000. • The contract requires compliance with the State Purchasing Act. • The contract requires the submission of a Tax Compliance Form. • The contract requires the use of the federal work authorization program, commonly known as E-Verify. • The contract requires the provision of catering services for events and functions. • The contract requires the supplier to be registered with the University of Georgia as a supplier. • The contract requires the supplier to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
