C-100142 RFP 7-19 Transportation System Plan Update

The City of Vancouver has contracted with Nelson\Nygaard Consulting Associates, Inc. to update the City's Transportation System Plan. The scope of work includes project management, public involvement, and technical analysis to develop a comprehensive plan that addresses the City's transportation needs. The plan will include recommendations for street network and operations, freight and goods movement, pedestrian and bicycle elements, and transit.
