Backup Recovery Appliance

This contract awards Snohomish County a backup recovery solution consisting of a Barracuda Backup 1090 appliance and a one‑year Energize Updates + Instant Replacement (EU+IR) subscription, with the option to renew the subscription for up to four additional years. CDW Government will supply the hardware, deliver it within 20 days of order placement, and provide comprehensive support services—including 24 × 7 email support, weekday phone support, firmware updates, data‑migration, and next‑business‑day hardware replacement. The County will pay via its VISA purchasing card, and the vendor has agreed to accept the PCARD without surcharge.
