Procurement Marketplace SaaS

The Cooperative Purchasing Connection is seeking a vendor to provide a procurement marketplace SaaS solution. The solution must be customizable, internet-based, and vendor-hosted, and must be able to interface with existing financial software to automate accounts payable and invoicing functions. The contract term may be renewed annually, up to three (3) additional terms. The awarded vendor will provide a private marketplace for eligible governmental and non-profit agencies to purchase internet-based procurement software services at a consortium level discounted pricing. Key features of the solution include: • A more efficient and streamlined procurement business process • Access and purchase from customer's existing and potential vendor partners • The ability to track and provide reports on spend data • The ability to more efficiently control costs associated with accounts receivable and payable • Ease of use in distributed, multi-level approval environments.
