Marching Band Uniforms

This contract is for the procurement of marching band uniforms for Topeka High School. The contract was awarded to Fruhauf Uniforms, Inc. The uniforms include coats, bibbers, detachable tails, shakos, hat wraps, plumes, and other accessories. The total bid price for the uniforms is $127,787.50. The contract also includes an embroidery logo added to the bibbers per school request. The delivery of the uniforms is to be coordinated with Lucy Nixon, Warehouse Supervisor, at least 48 hours in advance. • The contract includes 250 units of each uniform item • The uniforms are to be delivered to the Topeka Public Schools Service Center • The contract includes a uniform management assignment center program • The vendor is responsible for the embroidery logo on the bibbers
