Description
The City of Olathe is seeking to purchase one new ADA compliant vehicle for its Housing Division. The vehicle should accommodate 13 ambulatory or 8 ambulatory with 1 or 2 wheelchair positions. The bid is open to multiple vendors, and the contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the best value to the City.
• The vehicle must comply with all Federal and Kansas laws for passenger vehicles.
• The vehicle must comply with all applicable Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards.
• The contract includes an optional price for a Double Child Restraint School Bus Seat.
• A pre-bid conference was held on February 14, 2013, to address any questions from potential bidders.
