Description
The City of Wilmington is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive, city‑wide HVAC preventative‑maintenance and repair services for 21 municipal buildings over a three‑year period, with two optional one‑year extensions. The work includes quarterly walkthroughs, filter changes, seasonal start‑up/run inspections, emergency 24‑hour response, and repair/replacement of failed or worn moving parts (with prior city approval). The contractor must supply all labor, materials, tools, and vehicles, maintain a minimum staffing level of four full‑time journeymen (including two master‑level technicians), and submit detailed work reports and monthly invoices. Insurance, background checks, and M/WBE participation are required.
