C-100857 RFP 3-22 - Transcription Services

The City of Vancouver has entered into a contract with Resolute Documentation Services for transcription services. The contract is for a period of two years, with an option to renew for an additional three years. The contractor will provide transcription services for the Vancouver Police Department, as well as other City departments on an as-needed basis. The contractor will be paid a maximum of $300,000 for the work, and will be required to provide transcripts within seven working days of the conclusion of each proceeding.
