Electrical Systems, Maintenance and Repair Service

This contract is for electrical systems maintenance and repair services between the County of Orange, Social Services Agency (SSA), and Williams & Maher, Inc. The contract has a term of one year, starting from February 14, 2024, and ending on January 9, 2025. The contract may be renewed for an additional two-year term. The contractor will provide electrical systems maintenance and repair services, including scheduled maintenance and repairs, and emergency services. The contractor will be compensated based on a fixed rate schedule, with labor rates ranging from $60 to $145 per hour, depending on the type of work and the time of day. The contract also includes provisions for payment, invoicing, and termination. • The contract has a total aggregate contract amount not to exceed $200,000 for the first year. • The contractor must provide all necessary labor, supervision, machinery, equipment, materials, and supplies. • The contractor must maintain a supply of spare parts common to this type of work. • The contractor must provide a copy of the suppliers and shippers invoice for all purchases made to complete each project. • The contractor must include its taxpayer ID number on all invoices submitted to the County for payment.
