LEARNING MANAGEMENT ONLINE SYSTEM FOR ELECTION WORKERS

The contract is for the furnishing and delivery of a Learning Management Online System for Election Workers. The system must include features such as responsive design, SQL server, cloud hosting, and customization options. The contractor must also provide training and support services. The contract has a total lump sum award of $52,956.00. Key features of the system include: • Customized training for the County, including video, multimedia, interactive, and self-assessment lessons • Ability for election workers to register for online training classes and for administration to review rosters of class registrants • Content for disability and sensitivity training and cybersecurity awareness training • Custom reports and tracking of usage, progress, and course completion • Ability to update video and/or wording of training material • Ability to create Certificates of Completion to be awarded once training has been completed • SCORM compliant and HTML5 compatible • Eight hours of administrative training at no additional cost • Creation of sign-in credentials and monitoring of administration • Custom assessments and surveys • Deployment and validation of the program to ensure it functions efficiently • Technical management of the project • Training of County employees to ensure they can operate the equipment and demonstrate basic knowledge of the system prior to each election cycle.
