On-Call Orchard, Grove and Vineyard Abatement Services

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for on-call orchard, grove, and vineyard abatement services. The contract will include a one-year base period and four one-year options. The work will consist of removing dead or decaying plants, trees, vines, leaves, branches, weeds, trash, debris, smudge pots, and smudge pot fuels, and disposing of all such debris in a lawful manner. The contract will be awarded based on criteria such as required California contractors license, lowest overall hourly rate, equipment and service, adherence to specifications, experience, and prompt payment discounts. • The contract is for on-call services, meaning that the vendors will be called upon to perform work as needed. • The contract includes a one-year base period and four one-year options. • The work will be performed in accordance with Riverside County Ordinance No. 772. • The contract will be awarded based on a variety of criteria, including license, price, equipment, and experience.
