Dispatch Center Concole Furniture Design and Installation Services

The County of Riverside is seeking a vendor to design, purchase, and install dispatch center console furniture for its Riverside location. The contract requires the vendor to provide a highly reliable, height-adjustable, and ergonomically designed console furniture system that meets the needs of the dispatch center. The system must be modular in design for ease of reconfiguration and upgrading, and must meet all appropriate American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Business and Institutional Furniture Manufacturer's Association (BIFMA), Human Factors Ergonomics Society (HFES) 100, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) guidelines and requirements. The contract will be completed in phases over an 18-month period, with the vendor required to hold all proposed pricing for one year. • The contract requires the design, purchase, and installation of dispatch center console furniture for 32 workstations and 2 supervisor consoles. • The vendor must provide a highly reliable, height-adjustable, and ergonomically designed console furniture system. • The system must be modular in design for ease of reconfiguration and upgrading. • The vendor must meet all appropriate ANSI, BIFMA, HFES 100, and ADA guidelines and requirements. • The contract will be completed in phases over an 18-month period.
