Description
The contract is for Task Order Construction Management Services for Dalton State College. The college is seeking qualified contractors to provide mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety services for small construction projects. The contract will be for an indefinite amount of "as needed" construction orders, with a maximum award amount of $500,000. The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to extend for up to four additional years. The contractor will be required to provide performance and payment bonds for projects over $100,000.
