UGA - Batch Mixer and 10x14 Incline Conveyor

The University of Georgia is soliciting bids for a batch mixer and 10x14 incline conveyor. The batch mixer must be a 2-yard, 220v/single phase/60hz soil mixer with a 2-yard operation capacity and 1.869 yard fill capacity prior to mixing. The incline conveyor must be a modular incline conveyor that can be used to move soil components and mixed soil in and out of soil mixers, steam generators, etc. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and responsible supplier meeting all specifications and with whom the University of Georgia has reached agreement on all contract terms and conditions. • The contract requires the supplier to provide a batch mixer and 10x14 incline conveyor that meet the specified requirements. • The contract includes payment terms, which are Net 30 Days from receipt of a properly submitted invoice to the University of Georgia Accounts Payable Department. • The contract requires the supplier to submit a flat cost for the batch mixer and 10x14 incline conveyor, with no additional costs or fees accepted. • The University of Georgia encourages all companies to sub-contract portions of any state contract to small and minority business enterprises.
