Concession Supplies - Alcoholic Beverages (Beers)

The City of Jefferson is seeking a contractor to provide concession supplies, specifically alcoholic beverages (beer), for resale at the Oak Hills Golf Center. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. The contractor must be an alcohol distributor with the Missouri Department of Public Safety, Alcohol and Tobacco Control Division. The City may purchase items not identified in the bid and not included in the written agreement. The contractor will be expected to provide menu boards and other promotional items at no additional charge. • The contract includes a list of specific beer products to be supplied, along with their unit costs and packaging. • The contractor must deliver products on a weekly basis to the Oak Hills Golf Center. • The contractor must provide a return policy and a policy for responding to shortages of product. • The contractor must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to the performance of the scope of work.
