Alarm Service

The City of Independence, Missouri is seeking a qualified provider of alarm services for four historic buildings. The contract period will be one year from the date of notice to proceed. The alarm services will include signals of but not limited to burglar, fire, intrusion, environmental and medical security systems for the four historic buildings. The contractor will not be allowed to install any additional hardware, and all current hardware shall remain. The contract was awarded to C & C Sales, Inc. • The contract is for alarm services for four historic buildings: The Vaile Mansion, The Truman Depot, The Chicago and Alton Depot, and The Independence Log Cabin Courthouse. • The contract period is one year from the date of notice to proceed. • The contractor will provide alarm services, including signals of but not limited to burglar, fire, intrusion, environmental and medical security systems. • The contractor will not be allowed to install any additional hardware, and all current hardware shall remain.
