This contract calls for comprehensive industrial‑hygiene consulting services for Valley Water, covering air monitoring, exposure assessments, hazardous‑material sampling, construction‑site health‑safety support, regulatory compliance guidance, and employee training. The work is “as‑needed” and may be called on an on‑call basis, with deliverables that include technical reports, sampling data, compliance documentation, and recommendations for engineering or administrative controls.
