DJI PHANTOM 4 PRO+ DRONE

The County of Hawaii issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a DJI Phantom 4 Pro+ drone. The RFQ was cancelled because the prices received exceeded the budgeted amount. The County of Hawaii is seeking to acquire a drone kit, including a Phantom 4 Pro+ drone, Nanuk 950 hard wheeled case, batteries, and other accessories. The kit must be delivered to the Department of Public Works Highways Division in Hilo, Hawaii. The RFQ includes specifications for the drone kit, including the requirement for a 5.5" 1080p screen built-in on the remote controller and a maximum flight time of 30 minutes. • The RFQ was cancelled due to prices exceeding the budgeted amount. • A less extensive kit will be requested in a future RFQ. • The County of Hawaii is exempt from federal taxes and the City and County of Honolulu 0.5% General Excise Tax Surcharge. • The RFQ includes a requirement for vendors to comply with Hawaii Revised Statutes 103D-310(C) for awards over $2,500.
