Reclamation Construction East Henry Mountains Phase 2 Project

The State of Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining is seeking a qualified vendor to complete the work in the attachments for the Reclamation Construction East Henry Mountains Phase 2 Project. The contract will result in one contract award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The work includes reclamation construction services, and the vendor must be currently licensed in Utah for the type of work to be done. The contract is expected to commence upon notice to proceed and be completed within 46 calendar days after the date of email delivery, date of hand delivery, or date marked on registered mail receipt of said Notice to Proceed and no later than December 31, 2024. • The contract requires the vendor to furnish a performance bond and a payment bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. • The vendor must attend a site visit and meet all the requirements within the attachments, including any time frames. • The contract will be evaluated based on the objective criteria described in the IFB, and the vendor must review and respond to the prerequisites, buyer attachments, questions, and items. • The vendor must agree to the Standard Terms and Conditions attached to the IFB and provide their costs for the IFB as required. • The vendor must be registered with the Utah State Division of Corporations and Commercial Code and maintain all applicable federal, state, and local licenses before the contract is entered into.
